About Citizens Business Bank Arena

Built and owned by the City of Ontario, the Arena opened October 18, 2008. Citizens Business Bank Arena is a state-of-the-art facility that hosts Ontario Reign ECHL ice hockey and a variety of other sporting competitions, concerts, family shows, special events, and community activities as well as private events. The venue is the biggest and most modern arena within the Inland Empire. Citizens Business Bank Arena is the centerpiece of Piemonte at the Ontario Center, a massive mixed-use project, with large-scale office, retail, hotel, entertainment and urban living components.

Built on a 37-acre footprint in the middle of the project between Haven Avenue and Milliken Avenue and Fourth Street and the I-10 Freeway, Citizens Business Bank Arena includes 9,500 fixed seats with additional "portable" seating risers to accommodate capacities of 11,089 for concerts, 9,736 for ice hockey and 10,832 for basketball. The 225,000 square foot venue will also feature 36 suites located on two levels and a continuous concourse hosting a variety of refreshment stands and merchandise kiosks, a VIP club and other fan amenities.

Quick Facts

•The basics:
The Auditorium seats 3,029 with 2,020 on the floor (Orchestra) level and 1,009 in the balcony with a 75-foot ceiling height. The total stage area is 40 feet deep by 110 feet wide, also with a 75-foot ceiling.

The Auditorium is part of the Pasadena Center, which also includes a Conference Building (20 meeting rooms) and an Exhibition Building with a 31,000 sq.ft. main hall and a 17,000 sq.ft. annex.

•Location and parking:
The venue is located very close to the intersections of I-10 and I-15, in the Inland Empire.

The arena has over 3,500 parking spaces on property, including parking for guests with disabilities. Please call the venue for specific parking availability and information.

Unless otherwise noted, general parking for a show/event is included in the ticket price. Parking lots open at 2 hours prior to event start time on the day of the event depending on the event. (Subject to change) Lots will close one hour following the end of the event.

•Management:
Citizens Business Bank Arena is a large multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility with many opportunities to accommodate various types of events from full arena concerts to intimate client lunches. •Technical information:
A classical theatre in shape, the Auditorium offers 3,029 seats as noted above. There are no locker rooms per se, but there are dressing rooms for theatrical production use. Load-in is accommodated through a drive-in door. Complete food service facilities are offered in the Auditorium and there is the elegant 3,139 sq.ft. Gold Room within the Auditorium proper that is available for administrative or hospitality use.

There is a complete package of lighting and audio support for theatrical production, but no scoreboard.
