About CITRUS STADIUM
One of the state's premier Community College facilities, upgraded in 1997, offers 10,000 seats for both football and track, although as many as 12,000 have squeezed in for CIF-Southern Section playoff games. The bowl-shaped stadium has a natural-grass field and an all-weather, nine-lane track. It has been a popular site for pre-Rose Bowl game practices for the Pac-10 or Big Ten conference representative thanks to the extensive support facilities, including two weight rooms, an excellent training room and a nearby aquatics center with a heated pool. It was also the site for the California State High School Track & Field Championships in 1998.
