About Easton Stadium

One of the nation's premier softball programs has its own home at Easton Stadium. UCLA's softball squad moved into the 1,200-seat facility in 1996.

Named for prominent UCLA engineering alumnus Jim Easton - president of Easton Aluminum, maker of advanced sporting equipment including bats - the facility was recognized by Athletics Management magazine as one of the finest of its type in the nation. It was built on the former site of the Bel-Air heliport on the north side of the UCLA campus.

The all-time attendance record of 1,247 was set for a UCLA-Arizona State game in April 1997.
